1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyEarns (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EasyEarns is a community-driven platform where users can share, discover, and compare referral links and codes for third-party services. The Platform also provides:

• Community features including reputation points, leaderboards, profile voting, and public user profiles.
• Articles, guides, and educational content about referral programmes and personal finance.
• Weekly prize draws and giveaways (governed by separate Prize Draw Terms).
• A referral system where users can invite others to join the Platform and earn reputation and giveaway bonus entries.
• Live support chat for user assistance.
• An optional newsletter covering site updates, new referrals, and community news.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may sign up using email and password, or via a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party authentication service you use.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate referrals, votes, giveaways, or reputation is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Platform. Bans may be applied to accounts, IP addresses, or both.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently removes your personal data from our active systems.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (referral submissions, comments, suggestions). By posting, you grant EasyEarns a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Post broken, misleading, expired, or malicious links.
• Spam the platform with duplicate or low-quality content.
• Post content that violates the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation.
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content and moderate submissions at our discretion, without prior notice.

6. Referral System & Reputation

• Users earn reputation points through community activity such as sharing referrals, receiving upvotes, and referring new members.
• Reputation, leaderboard rankings, and profile votes are cosmetic community features. They do not represent real currency or financial value.
• Attempting to manipulate reputation, votes, or referral statistics (e.g. through fake accounts, vote rings, or self-referrals) will result in account suspension.
• Your public profile (username, display name, bio, referral history) is visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines.

7. Prize Draws & Giveaways

Prize draws are governed by the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions. By entering any draw, you accept those terms in addition to these Terms of Service. Key points:

• No purchase necessary. UK residents, 18+.
• By entering a draw, you agree to receive draw-related emails (results, winner announcements, claiming instructions). These are not marketing emails.
• Subscribing to the EasyEarns newsletter during draw entry is optional and separate from draw communications.

8. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To keep the Platform running smoothly for everyone, we enforce rate limits on requests. If you exceed these limits, you will be temporarily restricted. Automated access, scraping, or bot traffic is not permitted without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

EasyEarns is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party brand, service, or company listed on the Platform. Referral links direct you to external websites. Your use of those services is solely between you and the third-party provider. We do not verify or guarantee the validity, value, or availability of any referral offer.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any user-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyEarns, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
